Blagoje Jakšić

On 1 April 1985 he began working as judicial intern in the Municipal Court in Kosovska Mitrovica. In June 1986 he was elected judge of the Municipal Court in Kosovska Mitrovica, where he acted as a hearing judge in the criminal department. From July 1992 until April 2002, he was President of the Municipal Court in Kosovska Mitrovica.  From October 2003 he was judge of the First Municipal Court in Belgrade. In this Court he acted in labor disputes, to be appointed Head of the Labor Disputes Department in June 2008, where he remained until 31 December 2009.
 
In 2006 he was voted best judge of the First Municipal Court in Belgrade.
 
During the years 2006 and 2007, he held lectures organized by the Association of Autonomous Unions and the Agency for Peaceful Dispute Resolution in the area of implementation of labor law regulations.
 
He has been a judge of the Higher Misdemeanor Court in Belgrade since 1 January 2010.
